By placing an order with Lola’s Fabrics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our store policies, including our shipping, returns, customization, privacy, and payment policies.

Lola’s Fabrics reserves the right to update, modify, or change any section of this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.

2. Orders, Payments & Pricing

2.1. Order Placement

  • Orders can be placed through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or via direct consultation.

  • Bulk and Asoebi group orders require a formal request via email or WhatsApp for personalized assistance.

2.2. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) for UK customers and NGN (₦) for Nigerian customers.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to fluctuations in supply and demand.

2.3. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Bank Transfers

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (for UK customers only)

  • Full payment is required before dispatching any order. No cash on delivery (COD) service is available.

2.4. Payment Plans & Installments (UK Only)

  • Installment payments are available for selected items. Failure to complete all payments will result in order cancellation without a refund of prior payments.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

3.1. Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

  • UK: 3 working days

  • Nigeria: 3-5 working days

  • Rest of the world: 7-10 working days

3.2. Shipping Fees & Customs Duties

  • Shipping fees vary based on destination and will be provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or additional taxes in their respective countries.

3.3. Delivery Responsibility

  • Once an item is dispatched, Lola’s Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We will not be liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

4.1. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

  • The wrong item was sent due to our error.

  • The product was received damaged or defective (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof).

4.2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

  • Custom orders and special requests are non-refundable once production begins.

4.3. Incorrect Orders
If we have made an error with your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email, and we will arrange for an exchange or a suitable resolution.

5. Customization & Special Orders

5.1. Fabric Matching & Consultation

  • Customers unsure of fabric selection may request a personalized consultation before purchasing.

  • Virtual consultations are available for color matching, fabric recommendations, and bulk orders.

5.2. Fabric Sampling

  • Sample fabric swatches can be requested for UK-based customers at a small fee.

5.3. Custom Packaging & Asoebi Group Orders

  • We offer customized packaging for bulk Asoebi orders upon request. Additional fees may apply.

  • Asoebi orders can be shipped individually to each recipient to ease distribution.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Data Collection & Use

  • We collect customer data (name, email, phone number, shipping address) only for order processing and customer service purposes.

  • Your information is stored securely and will never be shared or sold to third parties.

6.2. Marketing & Communication

  • By providing your contact information, you agree to receive order updates and promotional messages from Lola’s Fabrics.

  • Customers can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe.”

6.3. Secure Payment Processing

  • All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Lola’s Fabrics is not responsible for how customers use or handle the fabrics once delivered.

  • We do not guarantee the final look of outfits made from our fabrics as styling and tailoring are the responsibility of the customer and their designer.

  • While we strive for color accuracy, variations may occur due to screen displays, lighting, and dye batches.
